- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into 8 triangles with the wide end facing you.
- Place 3-4 slices of pepperoni and a generous piece of shredded mozzarella on the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll the dough tightly from the wide end to the tip, pinching edges to seal.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top if desired, then place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
