  • 2 inches Fresh Ginger Peeled and minced
  • 1 head Fresh Garlic Preferably organic
  • 1 large Lemon Zest and juice

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by peeling and chopping the garlic finely. Peel and mince the fresh ginger. Zest one large lemon and juice it.
  2. In a small glass jar, combine the chopped garlic, minced ginger, lemon zest, and the freshly squeezed juice. Pour in the raw honey until all ingredients are covered.
  3. Seal the jar tightly and let it sit at room temperature for at least 1 hour, preferably 2 to 3 days for optimal potency.
  4. Take a tablespoon as needed throughout the day, or dilute it in hot water for a soothing drink.
