Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x9 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mash 3 medium-ripe bananas until smooth. Stir in your nut butter until creamy.
  3. Fold in the rolled oats, cinnamon, vanilla extract, maple syrup, and salt until fully combined.
  4. Gently fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly. Optionally top with extra chocolate chips.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes until the edges are golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool completely before slicing into squares.
