Preparation Steps
- Melt the Nutella in a small microwave-safe bowl in 15-second intervals until smooth.
- In a saucepan, combine water, butter, salt, and sugar. Bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in flour until a smooth dough forms.
- After cooling slightly, add eggs one at a time, mixing until incorporated.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl for the coating.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Pipe strips of dough into the hot oil and fry until golden brown.
- Drain fried churros and roll them in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
