Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash oranges under cool water and slice them into wedges, about one to two inches wide.
  2. Pat the orange wedges dry with a clean kitchen towel.
Melting Chocolate
  1. In a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler, add the chocolate and heat in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
Dipping
  1. Dip each orange wedge halfway into the melted chocolate and place on parchment paper.
Adding Toppings
  1. Before the chocolate sets, sprinkle on your choice of toppings.
Chilling
  1. Transfer the parchment paper with dipped oranges to the refrigerator for about 30 minutes until chocolate is set.
