For the Meat Filling
  • 1 pound Ground Meat Choice of Lamb, Beef, Turkey, or Chicken.
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas or Corn Optional, add at the end of cooking.
  • to taste Salt Essential seasoning.
  • to taste Pepper Essential seasoning.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel and chop sweet potatoes, boil for 15-20 minutes until fork-tender, then mash with ghee and coconut milk.
  3. In a skillet, heat ghee over medium heat, cook ground meat for 5-7 minutes, then add peas or corn.
  4. Spread the meat filling in the skillet, top with sweet potato mash, smoothing it evenly.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until edges bubble and top is golden.
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
