  • 1 cup Mini chocolate chips Regular chocolate chips can be used
  • 1 cup M&M candies Can replace with any chocolate candy

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line your baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Cream together ½ cup of softened unsalted butter, ¾ cup of brown sugar, and ½ cup of granulated sugar using an electric mixer on medium speed for about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Mix in 1 cup of creamy peanut butter until fully incorporated and smooth.
  5. Beat in 1 large egg and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract until fully blended.
  6. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing on low speed just until combined.
  7. Fold in 1 cup of mini chocolate chips and 1 cup of M&M candies gently.
  8. Scoop out balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
  9. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheets for about 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
