Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Gather all ingredients and line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate chips over low heat, stirring continuously until melted and smooth, about 5–7 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in peppermint extract, mixing thoroughly for about 1 minute.
  4. Pour half of the melted white chocolate mixture into the prepared dish, spreading evenly. Mix red food coloring into the remaining mixture, then pour it over the base and swirl together.
  5. Sprinkle crushed peppermint candies over the fudge mixture and lightly press down to ensure they adhere.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
  7. Lift out of the dish using parchment paper, cut into squares and serve.
