Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Pat the salmon fillets dry and rub with olive oil, seasoning with salt and black pepper.
  4. Arrange the salmon fillets skin-side down in the greased baking dish.
  5. Spoon two-thirds of the glaze over the salmon and scatter diced pineapple around the fillets.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily.
  7. Optionally broil for an extra 1-2 minutes for added caramelization.
