Step-by-Step Instructions for Protein Jello
- In a blender, combine one .6 oz box of sugar-free Jello with 2 cups of boiling water. Blend until completely dissolved, about 30 seconds.
- Add 2 cups of plain Greek yogurt and 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder to the blender. Blend on medium speed until smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
- Pour the creamy Jello mixture into cups or a large dish and refrigerate until set, around 3-4 hours.
