Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering, about 2 minutes.
  3. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the skillet and cook undisturbed for 4-5 minutes.
  4. Gently flip the fillets and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 125°F.
  5. Prepare the Bang Bang sauce by whisking together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice until smooth.
  6. Remove the salmon from the skillet, drizzle with the Bang Bang sauce, and garnish with green onions.
