  2. In a small saucepan, mix together rice vinegar, brown sugar, ketchup, and soy sauce over medium heat. Stir gently as you bring the mixture to a boil.
  3. Once the sauce reaches a boil, gradually stir in the cornstarch slurry while mixing continuously. Cook for about 30 seconds.
  4. Continue to cook on medium heat for an additional 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently until sauce thickens.
