Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Melt coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl or on the stovetop until fully liquefied, about 30 seconds.

  3. Pour the melted coconut oil into the dry mixture, add almond butter and maple syrup. Stir until combined.
  4. Assess dough texture; add more almond butter if too dry, or more almond flour if too sticky.
  5. Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls, rolling them in additional desiccated coconut.
  6. Refrigerate balls in an airtight container for at least 30 minutes before serving.
