Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a blender, combine 1 cup of ripe jamun, ½ cup of condensed milk, a pinch of salt, and ¼ teaspoon of black salt. Pour in 1 cup of coconut water and 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice. Blend the mixture on high for about 30 seconds, until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency without any chunks of fruit.
  2. Grab four tall serving glasses and fill each one with ice cubes to keep your refreshing Jamun Lemonade chilled. Make sure the glasses are clear to showcase the vibrant purple hue of the drink.
  3. Carefully pour the blended jamun mixture into each glass over the ice, filling them about three-quarters full to allow room for the fizz.
  4. Top each glass with about ½ cup of soda or aerated water for that delightful fizz.
  5. To elevate your Jamun Lemonade, sprinkle a pinch of chaat masala and red chili powder over the top. Finish with a few fresh mint leaves and a wedge of lemon on the rim of each glass.
  6. Serve your deliciously refreshing Jamun Lemonade right away to ensure the fizz and chill are at their best.
