  4. Whisk together the honey, melted butter, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, and cayenne in a mixing bowl.
  5. Brush half of the glaze over the seasoned salmon fillets and reserve the rest for later.
  6. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes, checking for doneness around 12 minutes.
  7. Once done, brush the remaining glaze over the salmon and serve immediately.
