Step-by-Step Instructions for Bruschetta Pizza
  1. Start by finely grating 2-3 garlic cloves into a bowl, then mix in 2-3 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil and a pinch of salt. Set aside.
  2. Preheat your oven to 500°F (260°C) and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside.
  3. Take your fresh pizza dough and place it on a floured surface. Roll and stretch into a 12 to 14-inch round shape.
  4. Brush the garlic oil over the surface of the dough. Evenly distribute the mozzarella cheese on the dough.
  5. Transfer the pizza onto the preheated stone or baking sheet. Bake for 10-14 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
