  • 2 pounds Potatoes Yukon Gold or red potatoes
  • 4 ears Corn on the Cob cut in half
  • 4 large Eggs boiled eggs or tofu for vegetarian
For the Flavorful Sauce
  • 1 cup Garlic Butter Sauce adjust butter for a lighter version
  • 3 tablespoons Cajun Seasoning or substitute with Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 cup Beer can omit or use chicken broth instead

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large pot, combine 4 quarts of water with 1 cup of beer and 3 tablespoons of Cajun seasoning. Bring to a vigorous boil over high heat for about 10 minutes.
  2. Once the broth is boiling, add 2 pounds of quartered potatoes and boil for 10 minutes until tender.
  3. Add 1 pound of sliced andouille sausage to the pot and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  4. Carefully add 1 pound of peeled jumbo shrimp and 1 pound of snow crab clusters. Simmer for 5 to 7 minutes until shrimp is pink.
  5. Add 4 ears of corn and 4 boiled eggs. Heat everything through for about 3-5 minutes until corn is tender.
  6. Drain the broth, transfer seafood and vegetables to a serving platter, and drizzle with melted garlic butter sauce.
