Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil, and cook the chicken mixture for 3-5 minutes until warmed through.
  3. Slice each croissant in half horizontally and spread unsalted butter on the inner sides.
  4. Toast the buttered croissant halves in the skillet for about 2 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Layer chopped Romaine lettuce on the bottom half of each croissant.
  6. Spoon the warm chicken mixture over the Romaine lettuce evenly.
  7. Sprinkle freshly grated Parmesan cheese over the chicken mixture.
  8. Place halved cherry tomatoes on top of the Parmesan.
