- In a large mixing bowl, gently combine the fresh lump crab meat with mayonnaise, panko breadcrumbs, chopped green onions, egg, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Use a spatula to fold the ingredients together carefully to maintain the texture of the crab.
- Once well combined, portion the mixture into 2-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Cover the baking sheet and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- After chilling, drizzle the crab bombs with melted butter, and bake for 15 to 18 minutes, or until golden brown.
