Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, gently combine the fresh lump crab meat with mayonnaise, panko breadcrumbs, chopped green onions, egg, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Use a spatula to fold the ingredients together carefully to maintain the texture of the crab.
  3. Once well combined, portion the mixture into 2-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Cover the baking sheet and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  6. After chilling, drizzle the crab bombs with melted butter, and bake for 15 to 18 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Let them cool slightly, garnish with green onions, and serve with lemon wedges and dipping sauce.
