  3. Once onions are caramelized, pour in the chicken broth, scraping the skillet's bottom. Stir in orzo, heavy cream, thyme, and browned chicken. Simmer for 5–7 minutes.
  4. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Mix in shredded mozzarella, transfer to a greased baking dish, and bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbling and golden.
