- In a mixing bowl, combine softened unsalted butter with minced garlic, dried Italian herbs, and a pinch of red pepper flakes. Stir until well blended.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high, around 375°F. Brush chicken breasts with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and grill for 5–6 minutes on each side.
