Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Mix room-temperature butter, Dijon mustard, green onions, honey, sea salt, and black pepper in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Halve the mini croissants, spreading the buttery mixture evenly on the cut sides.
  4. Add slices of smoked deli ham and Swiss cheese inside the croissant halves.
  5. Place the croissants in the baking dish, brush with egg white mixture, and sprinkle with poppy seeds.
