Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by filling a large saucepan with 2 cups of water and adding a generous pinch of salt. Place over high heat and bring to a rolling boil.
  2. Once the water reaches a boil, add the fresh broccoli florets. Cook for 2-4 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp. Drain the broccoli.
  3. Return the saucepan to medium heat and add 2 tablespoons of butter. Melt completely, then add the minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add the drained broccoli back into the saucepan with the garlic and butter. Toss gently for 1-2 minutes to coat.
