Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine diced sweet potatoes and trimmed green beans.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the mixture and sprinkle in garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until veggies are well coated.
  4. Spread vegetables evenly on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Roast for 25–30 minutes, stirring halfway through until the sweet potatoes are golden and soft.
  6. Remove from oven, drizzle with lemon juice, and add Parmesan if desired. Mix gently before serving.
