  • 1 cup Persian Cucumbers sliced
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Cilantro optional
  • 1/2 cup Thai Basil or Italian Basil
  • 2 Green Onions chopped
  • 1/4 cup Roasted Peanuts unsalted preferred

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the sauce mixture by whisking together the soy sauce, Thai chili sauce, toasted sesame oil, and Chinese 5-spice powder in a small bowl.
  2. Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat for 5–7 minutes, breaking it apart with a spatula until browned.
  3. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, stirring for 2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Pour the sauce mixture over the browned beef and cook for another 3-5 minutes until glossy.
  5. Warm tortillas or soak rice paper in warm water until pliable, then lay flat to fill.
  6. Assemble the rolls by layering the beef mixture, cucumbers, cilantro, basil, and green onions on the wrapper, then add peanuts.
  7. Fold in sides and roll tightly to form a Thai Basil Beef Roll.
  8. Optional: Prepare a dipping sauce with soy sauce, chili sauce, and lime juice to serve alongside.
