Preparation

  2. Gently fold the 80/20 ground beef into the panade using cool hands, ensuring not to overwork the meat.
  3. Divide the beef mixture into four equal portions and shape each into loose patties that are 1 inch larger than your buns.
  4. Place the formed patties on a plate and refrigerate them for at least 15 minutes.
  5. Preheat your grill or stovetop skillet to medium-high heat. Cook the BBQ Burgers for 3-5 minutes on each side.
  6. While the burgers are cooking, toast the hamburger buns until golden brown.
