- Start by brewing 1/2 cup of chamomile tea using either loose flowers or tea bags. Bring water to a boil, then steep the tea for about 5 minutes.
- While your chamomile tea is cooling, peel and slice a large ripe banana. Place the banana slices in a bowl.
- In a high-speed blender, combine the cooled chamomile tea, banana slices, honey, and milk. Add ice cubes if desired.
- Blend the mixture on high for about 30–45 seconds until creamy. Pause to scrape down the sides if needed.
- Pour the smoothie into a tall glass and garnish with dried chamomile leaves or a banana slice on the rim.
