Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by brewing 1/2 cup of chamomile tea using either loose flowers or tea bags. Bring water to a boil, then steep the tea for about 5 minutes.
  2. While your chamomile tea is cooling, peel and slice a large ripe banana. Place the banana slices in a bowl.
  3. In a high-speed blender, combine the cooled chamomile tea, banana slices, honey, and milk. Add ice cubes if desired.
  4. Blend the mixture on high for about 30–45 seconds until creamy. Pause to scrape down the sides if needed.
  5. Pour the smoothie into a tall glass and garnish with dried chamomile leaves or a banana slice on the rim.
