  2. Cook the sausage over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
  3. Whisk the eggs in a bowl. Pour into the skillet with the sausage and scramble for 3-4 minutes.

  5. Lay tortillas flat and spoon approximately 1/4 cup of filling onto each. Roll tightly and place seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
