Step-by-Step Instructions for Dragon Noodles
  1. Boil water in a large pot over high heat. Add noodles and cook according to package instructions (7-10 minutes) until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Incorporate chili paste and soy sauce, stirring for another minute until bubbling.
