- Preheat your air fryer or oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a medium bowl, combine Gochujang paste, tamari, honey, and melted butter. Whisk until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the corn flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken wings in the Gochujang marinade, then dust them in the corn flour coating.
- Place the coated wings in an air fryer or on a baking tray. Cook for approximately 35 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove wings and toss them in the remaining Gochujang glaze.
- Prepare your kimchi ranch by mixing ranch dressing with finely chopped kimchi.
- Serve hot, garnished with extra kimchi if desired, and enjoy!
