Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your air fryer or oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine Gochujang paste, tamari, honey, and melted butter. Whisk until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the corn flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Coat the chicken wings in the Gochujang marinade, then dust them in the corn flour coating.
  5. Place the coated wings in an air fryer or on a baking tray. Cook for approximately 35 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Remove wings and toss them in the remaining Gochujang glaze.
  7. Prepare your kimchi ranch by mixing ranch dressing with finely chopped kimchi.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with extra kimchi if desired, and enjoy!
