  • 1/2 cup sugar or Splenda

  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger or ground cinnamon as alternative

Preparation Steps
  1. Clean your chicken wings under cold water, then pat them dry with paper towels.
  2. Heat vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C). Fry wings in batches for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Remove wings with a slotted spoon and let drain on paper towels.
  4. In a medium saucepan, combine crushed strawberries, sugar, soy sauce, minced garlic, and ground ginger; simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Return wings to the hot oil for a second fry for about 5 minutes until crispy.
  6. Toss the fried wings with the sticky strawberry sauce in a large bowl.
  7. Serve immediately as irresistible party finger food.
