- Chop fresh strawberries into small pieces. In a mixing bowl, combine strawberries with lemon juice and maple syrup. Allow to sit for 5–10 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together softened cream cheese and Greek yogurt until smooth. Add maple syrup and a pinch of salt.
- In the cream cheese mixture, stir in the rolled oats and your choice of milk. Mix until well coated and let it rest for about 5 minutes.
- Layer the oat mixture and macerated strawberries into jars, finishing with a layer of oats on top.
- Cover the jars tightly and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or overnight.
- When ready to enjoy, optionally top with graham cracker crumbs or whipped cream.
