Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium skillet, heat over medium heat and add sliced almonds with a sprinkle of sugar. Stir frequently for about 6–8 minutes until the almonds are golden brown and caramelized.
  2. In a large salad bowl, combine arugula, strawberries, and diced avocado. Crumble goat cheese over the top, add cooled caramelized almonds and pistachios. Gently toss together.
  3. Drizzle champagne vinaigrette over the salad and toss gently to coat without mashing the avocado. Serve immediately.
