Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese with salt, black pepper, and optional seasonings. Stir until creamy.

  3. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add butter or olive oil.
  4. Place sandwiches in the skillet and grill for 3-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
