Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C) and prepare your baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
  2. Carefully trim the silver skin from the pork baby back ribs using a sharp knife.
  3. Combine brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, black pepper, salt, and optional cayenne in a mixing bowl.
  4. Massage the spice mixture onto both sides of the ribs and let them stand at room temperature for about 15 minutes.
  5. Wrap the seasoned ribs tightly in aluminum foil and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours.
  6. While the ribs bake, prepare the BBQ sauce by combining barbecue sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce in a saucepan.
  7. Grill the ribs, brushing BBQ sauce on both sides for 5–7 minutes on each side.
  8. Let the ribs rest for about 10 minutes before serving.
