  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 14 ounces Crushed Tomatoes optional
  • 2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente, about 8–10 minutes. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.
  2. Brown Sausage: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sausage and cook until browned, about 5–7 minutes.
  3. Sauté Vegetables: Add bell peppers, onion, and garlic to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are softened and onions are translucent, about 8–10 minutes.
  4. Prepare Sauce: Add crushed tomatoes, heavy cream, and Italian seasoning. Stir and simmer for 5–7 minutes until thickened.
  5. Combine: Toss in the drained pasta, adding reserved pasta water as needed for desired consistency.
  6. Finish & Serve: Remove from heat, fold in Parmesan, adjust seasoning, and serve hot.
