Cooking Steps
- Heat the pan by adding cooking oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Sauté minced garlic and chopped bird's eye chilies for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Cook ground chicken for 4-5 minutes until browned and no longer pink.
- Stir in light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and chicken bone broth. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Add holy basil and stir until just wilted for 30 seconds.
- Prepare jasmine rice by rinsing and cooking with chicken bone broth for 20-22 minutes.
- Serve the stir fry over rice, topped with a sunny-side-up egg and fresh vegetables.
