  • 2 bags Green Tea Steep carefully to avoid bitterness.
  • 1 teaspoon Matcha Powder Optional, for added energy.
For the Tropical Mix
  • 2 cups Coconut Water Choose pure and unsweetened.
  • 1 cup Fresh Mango or Mango Juice Ensure it's pure with no added sugars.
  • 1 cup Pineapple Bits Fresh or canned, drained.
For Serving
  • 2 cups Ice Cubes Essential for keeping the drink cold.
  • 2 tablespoons Honey or Sugar Optional, for sweetness adjustment.
  • Optional Garnish Pineapple slices.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Brew the Green Tea: Boil water to 175°F (80°C). Steep green tea for 3 minutes, adding matcha and sweetener if desired.
  2. Cool the Tea: Remove tea bags or strain leaves and let cool to room temperature for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Prepare the Tropical Mix: Blend mango and pineapple bits until smooth. Pour into a large pitcher and add coconut water.
  4. Assemble the Drink: Fill glasses with ice cubes, pour tropical mixture over ice, then layer cooled green tea on top.
  5. Garnish and Serve: Garnish with pineapple slice and serve immediately.
