  • 2 cups Coconut Water Opt for pure, unsweetened.
  • 1 cup Mango Juice Juice without added sugars.
  • 1 cup Pineapple Bits Fresh preferred or canned in juice.
For Assembly
  • 2 cups Ice Cubes Essential for serving chilled.
  • Honey/Sugar Optional, to taste.
  • 2 slices Pineapple Slices For garnish.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Brew the green tea by boiling 4 cups of water. Remove from heat, steep tea bags for 3 minutes, then stir in matcha and honey if desired before straining.
  2. Let brewed tea cool at room temperature for 15-20 minutes, then chill in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Prepare the tropical mix by blending chopped mango and pineapple, then combine with coconut water in a pitcher.
  4. Assemble the drink by filling glasses with ice, pouring tropical mix over ice, then add chilled green tea.
  5. Garnish with pineapple slices and serve immediately.
