  3. Peel a ripe banana, slice it, and add to the blender.
  4. Measure out 1 cup of coconut milk and pour it over the fruits in the blender.
  5. Squeeze the juice of half a lime into the blender, ensuring to catch any seeds.
  6. Secure the lid and blend on high speed for about 30-60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  7. Once blended, add 2 tablespoons of chia seeds directly into the mixture and stir gently.
  8. Divide the creamy mixture between two bowls.
  9. Wash and slice a handful of fresh strawberries and a kiwi, setting them aside.
  10. Artfully arrange the sliced strawberries and kiwi on top of each smoothie bowl.
