Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Gather all your ingredients on a clean workspace, including tortilla wraps, deli turkey, cheddar cheese, spinach or mixed greens, bell peppers, cream cheese or hummus, and basic seasonings.
  2. Lay one tortilla wrap flat on a clean surface and spread a generous layer of cream cheese or hummus evenly over the tortilla.
  3. Place two slices of deli turkey on top of the spread, covering as much of the tortilla as possible.
  4. Add one slice of cheddar cheese over the turkey, ensuring it covers the meat completely.
  5. Add a handful of fresh spinach or mixed greens on top of the cheese, followed by sliced bell peppers.
  6. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and freshly cracked pepper over the layered ingredients.
  7. Carefully roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other, ensuring the filling remains intact.
  8. Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces, about 1 to 2 inches wide, and arrange on a plate.
