- Start by setting up your cooking area with all the ingredients within reach. Pop about 8 cups of air-popped popcorn and spread it out on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Take your colorful marshmallows and separate them by color. In three separate microwave-safe bowls, combine each group of marshmallows with a tablespoon of butter.
- Microwave one bowl of marshmallows for about 30 seconds, then stir until smooth and glossy. Repeat this for each color.
- Pour the first melted marshmallow over the popcorn and mix thoroughly, repeating with each color.
- Before the marshmallow coating sets, sprinkle mini fruit marshmallows and colorful sprinkles generously over the coated popcorn.
