  • 4 cups Spinach Can replace with other greens like kale

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine warm water, active dry yeast, and a pinch of sugar. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until bubbly.
  2. Gradually mix in all-purpose flour, olive oil, and salt to form a cohesive dough. Knead for 5 minutes, then cover and let rise for 1 hour.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté sliced onions for 15-20 minutes until caramelized. Stir in minced garlic and spinach, cooking until spinach wilts.
  4. Roll the risen dough into a rectangle, spread the filling, and roll tightly into a log. Slice into 12 pieces and place in a greased baking dish.
  5. Let the rolls rise for 20-30 minutes, preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C), then bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
