Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by thinly slicing the purple cabbage using a mandolin or sharp knife. Shred the carrots. Set aside in a large mixing bowl.
  2. In the same bowl, add the purple cabbage and shredded carrots. Finely dice the jalapeño, slice the red onion, and add them along with minced garlic and chopped cilantro. Mix gently.
