Steps
  1. Gather all your ingredients: block feta, roasted red peppers, Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, and smoked paprika.
  2. In a food processor, combine feta cheese, roasted red peppers, Greek yogurt, and garlic. Pulse for about 15-20 seconds until mixed.
  3. With the processor running, drizzle in olive oil until creamy, about 30 seconds.
  4. Taste and add lemon juice and smoked paprika, blending for another 10-15 seconds.
  5. Transfer the dip into a serving bowl and garnish with crumbled feta, chopped roasted peppers, and parsley.
  6. Drizzle extra olive oil before serving.
