- Place large eggs in a pot, cover with cold water, bring to boil, remove from heat and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Transfer eggs to ice water for 5-10 minutes to cool.
- Peel the eggs and scoop yolks into a bowl. Mash yolks and mix in mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Sauté olive oil, anchovy, and garlic in a skillet. Add panko bread crumbs and lemon zest, toasting until golden brown.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture into egg whites. Top with the toasted panko mixture and serve on romaine lettuce.
