  • 2 cloves Garlic Freshly minced

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Wash and dry the cucumbers, cut off both ends, and slice diagonally into spirals.
  2. In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey or maple syrup, garlic, and crushed red pepper flakes. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Combine the spiraled cucumbers in a bowl, pour dressing over, and toss gently to coat.
  4. Add sliced green onions and sesame seeds, toss gently to mix.
  5. Let the salad marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
